This morning, our very own Nancy Trent Crump brought our message to thousands of people in the metro Louisville area.  Nancy and the Theo Faberge Egg appeared on WAVE3 Weekend Sunrise with Scott Adkins who asked Nancy about the particulars of our rescue efforts.  In my very biased  opinion, Nancy was wonderful.  She was poised, informative and the camera loved her.  Better yet, even more people know about the hard work and wonderful results of Saddlebred Rescue.  Who says, “all that’s on the news is bad stuff”?  Nancy proved that to be incorrect today.  I am going to try and get a clip of the interview and post it.  Until then…

The brunch and silent auction is being held at 10:30 a.m. on August 23 at The Crowne Plaza Hotel on Phillips Lane across the street from the Kentucky Expo Center.  You can still get tickets by pressing the button on the right side of this blog marked “Brunch Tickets”.  I look forward to seeing you there.

About Save a Saddlebred

This blog is on behalf of a cause that is near and dear to my heart, Saddlebred Rescue. Our group saves, rehabilitates and repurposes saddlebred horses. To date, we have prevented 900+ horses from being slaughtered. I'm proud to be a part of that. This site will bring you news of whats going on and of course, pleas for donations. Think about it, it's a great cause.
